Copper Canyon AcademyCOPPER CANYON ACADMEY is an all girls school in Rimrock, Arizona. COPPER CANYON ACADEMY offers an extremely comprehensive therapeutic program for girls and their families through individual, group, and animal therapy. There are also parent seminars and family workshops. All of the therapists who work with the teenage girls and their families at COPPER CANYON ACADEMY are licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Services.

  • Adirondacks Adventures

    Adirondacks Adventures is a multi-skill adventure for campers ages 13-17 with ADHD, Aspergers Syndrome, or similar learning disorders. Over the course of the 3-week expedition, participants realize personal growth as they achieve together each of the challenges before them. Each group weaves together a weeklong backpacking expedition, rock climbing, and flat water paddling on pristine wilderness lakes, as they journey through the mountains and back to base camp.

  • Camp Huntington

    Camp Huntington offers co-ed, residential, summer camps for children and young adults who have special needs such as Autism Spectrum Disorder, Pervasive Developmental Disabilities, and cognitive impairment. Camp Huntington's program is designed to maximize a child's potential and develop their strengths and hidden abilities.

  • Oregon Trails

    Campers ages 14-17 with ADHD or Aspergers will take part in an inspiring 3 week expedition in the mountainous region of Redmond, Oregon. In an environment that invites self reflection, campers will learn accountability, teamwork, confidence, and goal setting through a wide variety of experiential activities.

  • Southeast Journeys

    Southeast Journeys are semester-length programs, for students ages 13 - 17 with Asperger's Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism, and similar Autism Spectrum disorders. The program at Southeast Journeys focuses on improving social awareness and interaction, independence, and academic self-motivation. On and off campus, students practice independent living skills and group dynamics, and engage in focused social skills groups.

  • Talisail

    Talisailcontracts withSound Experience and the historic schooner Adventuress to assist in providing a sailing program for teens (13-17 yearsl old) with Aspergers, and High-functioning Autism, which takes place in the world-class waters of the San Juan archipelago in Northwestern Washington.

  • Trek Northwest

    Campers ages 13-17 with ADHD, Aspergers, NLD, and other social skills needs, will participate in this 2 week long backpacking program. Trek Northwest is an adventure in the famous Olympic National Park. Working in small groups with highly trained staff, campers hone their social skills, develop self-confidence and learn the value of accountability.
