TCC uses education and action to enlighten youth about their chances of victimization and what they can do about it. TCC utilizes the strengths of young people by educating them and providing them with the opportunity to serve their communities. TCC is a joint initiative funded at the national level by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, Office of Justice Programs, US Department of Justice.
